Summary	0000217: Braves around the plan when building
Description	Braves all go outside and around the plan before the 1st pile of wood is built, which is bad for 2 reasons: - All the building has to stop until ALL the braves are around the building; - When building in narrow spaces (close to water/edges/cliffs) many braves get stuck after this step, which is also anoying and not needed at all.
